1. The E-Gift card is not a legal tender or replacement of credit / debit card
2. This E-Gift card cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque.
3. The holder of this card is deemed to be the beneficiary
4. This E-Gift Card is valid at only at Wakefit webstore ( www.wakefit.co )
5. This E-Gift card cannot be redeemed at any of offline stores, Multi Brand Store, or any other websites (marketplaces) such as amazon.com or flipkart.com etc.
6. ONLY ONE E-GIFT CARD CAN BE REDEEMED AGAINST ONE INVOICE
7. No replacement or compensation is permissible for lost or mutilated or defaced E-Gift Card
8. No returns and no refunds on Gift Cards, E- gift Cards and Gift Cards shipped by woohoo.in. Please check the refund policy at http://www.woohoo.in/faq for further details
9. Any dispute should be referred to Wakefit customer support and the decision of the company shall be final.
10. Any redemption issues related queries customer needs to get in touch with Wafefit customer care only.
11. All dispute must be referred to Bengaluru jurisdiction and the decision of the company shall be final.
12. E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
Redeem
1. The customer has to visit www.wakefit.co
2. Selects products and adds them to the cart.
3. Reaches to the checkout page.
4. Selects an E-gift card as a mode of payment.
5. Submits E-gift card details.
6. Click on Redeem button.
7. The system validates the card from the back end.
8. On successful redemption, the system will display a confirmation notification.
9. In case, the total bill value goes higher than the gift card redemption value, the customer is requested to opt for other modes of payment like credit /debit or UPI, Net Banking, Wallet, etc. for balance payment.
