REFUND POLICY
If the amount is debited from the customer’s bank account but the vouchers is not generated yet, then we provide refund to the customer within 10 working days.
If Customer Wants to Cancel His Successfull Voucher & if that cancellation request is rejected by the Brand itself then 88gift can’t give any Refund to the Customer.
Refund policy in terms of which the option of, replacement and/ or refund is solely decided by 88gift.
Every Gift Voucher listed on the 88gift has a particular category and may not have been the same refund policy.
Our refund TAT is for 10 working days.
